Performances

United States

Somdatta has performed extensively in the North East  United States performing Rabindranath Tagore's music at Princeton University in 2015 with renowned Jazz pianist Eli Yamin in 2015.

Her recent production in 2019 was titled Sangam (meaning Confluence in Hindi). A beautiful afternoon showcasing 3 beautiful genres of music and poetry -  Rabindranath Tagore's music and  Gospel music inspired by Thomas Dorsey interlaced with divine Sufi Poetry with the Grammy Nominated Flutist Ron Korb gracing the event with his performance at the elegant Taplin Hall, Princeton University

Europe

Somdatta has traveled extensively throughout Europe delivering well received performances of Rabindranath Tagore's music in Berlin, Germany,  London,UK, Budapest, Hungary and The Hague, Netherlands

The Berlin performance in 2015 was also graced by two scholars, Dr. Martin Kampchen and Prof. Imre Bangha while the London 2015 performance was a beautiful collaboration with British classical guitarist Rob Aitken

India

Somdatta has performed extensively in Kolkata releasing a few Tagore albums since 2004  and a recently produced modern Bengali production titled "Tumi Ami Ishwar" (meaning You, mean and God) released in 2019
